Danville Concours d'Elegance Registration Information

ferrari's on hartz ave We welcome ALL registrants of exotic sports cars, vintage vehicles, performance and racing vehicles, and classic motorcycles. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry of any automobile that they believe is not consistent with the intent of showing fine, original performance, vintage and sports cars.

With your registration you gain the opportunity to show the above described vehicle at the event on Hartz Avenue, Danville; will receive two commemorative wine glasses for the wine tasting, a gift bag, and wine tasting throughout the event. The event will be held rain or shine. In case of other occurrences which would require cancellation of the event, applicant's donation is non-refundable.

Early Registration applications BEFORE AUGUST 1st are $100.00
Registration between AUGUST 1st - AUGUST 31st are $115.00
Late Registration from SEPTEMBER 1st to the event are $125.00

Please note: NO commercial activities will be allowed during this event without prior written approval from Danville d'Elegance. Additionally, no selling of items and no playing or displaying of audio, video, music or media of any kind will be allowed during this event.

Concours Registration Info

Vehicles may be checked in at the Church Street entrance between 8:30AM - 10:30 AM on Sunday September 19th, 2010.

If you will be trailering your car, please see Transporters Map parking instructions.

TRANSPORTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON HARTZ AVENUE OR THROUGH REGISTRATION.
