It is with a heavy heart that the Danville d’Elegance Foundation must announce the cancellation of 2020 Tour d’Elegance which was due to take place September 19th. While it was a very difficult decision to make, the cancellation is centered on the safety and well-being of all. Due to the continued COVID restrictions there are no locations that can accommodate a group of our size.
Our mission to raise money for Parkinson’s research and patient care remains as strong as ever. We have raised over 7 million dollars in the past 16 years and we will continue to help fund a cure. We will have a future tour as soon as restrictions are lifted.
We would also like to share some good news. We were notified that all of the funds raised this year will be matched by an anonymous donor! This gives us great hope that we can still make a substantial contribution to our beneficiaries. If you can help with a cash donation we would greatly appreciate it.
